9to5Mac has once again scoured the App Store for all the latest app launches, price drops, noteworthy news, and updates, and we have compiled everything in a roundup below. Check it out, but keep coming back as we continually refresh the list throughout the day.

Updates

1. Animation Studio | 99 cents
Version 3.3 of this animated movie creator hit the App Store today with support for Retina and iPhone 5. The update also boasts a new user interface and improved drawing performance, playback quality, and video exporting. Additional changes include “on-canvas frequently used tools,” as well as various enhancements and bug fixes.

2. Google Currents | Free
Version 2.0.1 of Google’s magazine-like app is now live with bug fixes. The update also made it so background audio wouldn’t pause when opening Currents.

3. Ski Safari | 99 cents
Version 1.4.1. of this skiing game rolled out today with some bugs fixes and a “few shiny new items in the store.”

4. Stair Dismount | Free
Version 2.7.5 of this “bone-cracking app” updated today, now offers leaderboards, and announced “Big City Tour continues with ‘Elevator Love.'” The change log also features the following notice:

Note: Automatic restoring of any earlier In-App Purchases for this app upon application launch have been removed as requested. After updating your application, do restore your IAP’s by selecting “Restore Purchases” in main menu options.

5. WordPress | Free
Versin 3.5 of WordPress’ official app hit last night with better previews and autosaving. Users can also now see real previews of drafts and feel safe that posts are more secure than ever, while edits are now stored on the device and uploaded to WordPress frequently. The update also includes multiple fixes for crashes, including the crash on launch that many experienced.

6. Etsy | Free
Version 2.4 of Etsy’s official app features the following new changes:

  • Choose size, color, or other variations on listing pages
  • Send Convos directly from listings on iPad
  •  Bug fixes

7. Flickr | Free
Version 2.10.803 of Yahoo’s photo-sharing app now features faster uploading, as well as the ability to save photos from stream to cameral roll, automatically save originals to camera roll, and quickly tag contacts in photo comments. It also allows users to get notified when they are mentioned and take photos in a snap using the iPhone’s volume up button. The app further rolled out a higher resolution photo display in lightbox view.
