FiftyThree announces award-winning Paper app coming soon to iPhone

Development team FiftyThree has announced that its popular drawing app, Paper, will be available for the iPhone soon. Since its release in 2012, the application has been exclusive to the iPad.

FiftyThree hasn’t given any exact details on when the mobile version of the app will be available, but users who are interested in finding out when the company announces can sign up on the app’s website to receive details via email.

Whether Paper for iPhone will be a separate application with a new price point or an update to the current iPad version is unknown. The iPhone version is expected to work with all of the same accessories that the iPad app uses, such as FiftyThree’s Pencil.

  1. Looks like it might be universal;

    Anyone know for sure if turning an iPad-only app into Universal means it is auto-installed on the iPhones of people who have your iPad app?— Bill Morein (@wmorein) https://twitter.com/wmorein/status/631922098907299840
