FCC beats iFixit to the punch. Posts internal iPad shots (Update: Toshiba Flash, Broadcom I/O, Apple ARM Procesor)

Engadget grabbed the FCC’s iPad takapart and posted it.  Unfortunately, the FCC covered all of the important chips and things.  TechRestore and iFixit, we’re betting, won’t.

Overall, it looks like the iPad is mostly battery and a few logic boards.  There is certainly some room in there for a camera, if Apple wanted to head down that road.

Update: iFixit and MacRumors uncovered the FCC blackout to reveal what we pretty much knew.  Apple’s ARM chip.  Broadcom I/O (like iPhone and iPod touch) and Toshiba Flash storage which shares Apple’s orders with Samsung.
