Pebble is $250. I am more than happy to pay $100 more. Did you see the screen and interface? Amazing.

Just keep in mind this is a first generation product. It reminds me of the first time I saw the iPod. I looked at it and thought to myself “I like it but I don’t know if I want to spend that much for that product”… Then they released the iPod mini and I picked that sucker up on day one. I think it has potential and as time moves on it’ll be a no brainer to have one. Also, I’d like to see the true prices across the line. This sucker is STARTING at $350…

Really – the pebble is 249 and it doesn’t have anywhere the near build quality, health and service (app/pay etc) – I wont be getting but this is state of art technology with billions of R&D – only a Samsung like company might approach something like this.

    • Have you never bought a proper watch before? That’s a pretty inexpensive watch. Look up Seiko watches with sapphire face. They range from $250 – $1000. Apple has priced this watch perfectly for the market they are trying to reach.

I still can’t believe Apple hired this douchebag. The CEO of Adobe who completely fucked of CS Suite gets to destroy Apple from within.
