Wish the 3 GB or 6 GB mobile ram package Samsung announced today makes it into the iPad Pro.

how is this their “biggest event in company history”??? I really hope I and the media are wrong but it just appears to be upgrades
    – iphone 6s = upgrade of preexisting release
    – ipads = likely just updates and alternate versions
    – iwatches = new bands and OS? seriously?
    – TV = this is the only thing that could be “big” but so far sounds to be just an upgrade also

Always on Hey Siri is going to be turned off immediately because every jackass teenager is going to be activating it on everyones phones in public places

    • chrisl84 - 9 years ago

Hey siri play such and such song.
hey siri read me my text messages
hey siri seach google for filthy phrase….

teens will ruin that from being useful for a while until the new wears off

Perhaps we will see Voice Recognition added to security in iOS9?

      • Kevin Stuckey - 9 years ago

Ok Google does that now so why isn’t it a problem for Android?

      • chrisl84 - 9 years ago

because no one cares about google features

      • Kevin Stuckey - 9 years ago

My point is that you don’t see teens running around saying “Ok Google” do this or that. It’s not a problem so I doubt this “Hey, Siri” thing will be a problem either.

      • chrisl84 - 9 years ago

You didn’t see anyone making mobile payments before the iPhone either but Android has had wallet for years…..point is that things only catch fire when iPhone markets it. Now always on voice control will catch fire and be exploited.

Live Pictures is great – but Nokia released exactly the same thing over a year ago called Living Image. It’s not even roughly the same, but EXACTLY the same feature. Not a problem, just didn’t like they way Apple presented it as a great invention from their camera team.
