Some iPhone 6s/Plus users are reporting a display glitch in Wallet and some other apps, where they get a permanently zoomed-in view after restoring from an iPhone 5/5S/5C. I spent 30 minutes on a support chat. [Apple] could only suggest trying a full phone restore (losing data in the process).
The issue is reportedly fixed in iOS 9.1 beta 3, and there is a clunky workaround in the meantime …
You can temporarily switch on the Display Zoom feature in iOS: Settings > Display & Brightness > Zoomed. The wallet app then opens normally, and you can switch off zoom afterwards to return the display to normal.
Note you’ll lose a row of icons in Springboard and a lot of screen real estate. But Wallet will appear normal. I think an Apple developer multiplied instead of dividing or vice-versa.
The issue does not appear to depend on how the phone was restored, some of those affected reporting that they restored from iCloud while others restored from iTunes.

This is a weird one. I got my 6s on Monday, and restored from a 9.1 PB1 backup of my 5s (of course, after updating to 9.1 PB2 on the 6s). I opened Wallet to set up Apple Pay, and encountered the zoom bug, making it impossible to enter an activation code. However, in the evening I was able to set it up without needing to do anything; I opened the app and it appeared normal.
Yes, it does seem to be happening in a very odd way – a friend just had the same experience.
I have got exactly the same problem on my 6s after restoring a 5s.
But not only Wallet is affected!
There are a lot of Apple apps, that are displayed completely at the wrong resolution.
They seam like zoomed up versions of an 4″ display.
I also experience that with: Health, Weather, Compass and Calculator (and Wallet of course). All other apps work completely fine.
I’m very sad about this bug…
This happens when you restore an backup from a smaller phone (ie, 5s). Apparently, the iPhone gets the wrong assets (the ‘zoomed’ ones), and that’s why everything looks bigger. The only way to fix it (at least for me) was restore and configure the phone as a new one, not restoring any backup (painful, I know).
That’s what I did. Painful but it did work. After doing this though I could not get Apple Pay working. The solution to that was to delete my credit card from iCloud, then log out of iCloud completely, then log back in and re-enter my credit card. After that Apple Pay was working.
Glad to know others went through this Wallet problem too, I thought I was the only one.
On a phone with the bug, cards may not appear zoomed when using the Double-Click the Home Button lock screen feature (Settings-> Wallet & Apple Pay). Used this access method to enter activation values and as an alternative to changing the entire phone zoom setting.
I am having an issue with ios 9 on my iphone 6. My older videos that were taken in portrait mode are cut off horizontally and zoomed in… anyone else having issues??

I had the exact same problem, my iPhone 5S was running iOS 9.0.1 and i backed it up when my new iPhone 6S arrived. Restored from that back up and had the zoom error in the wallet app. Wiped the phone and set it up as a new one and the wallet app was fine.
However I then thought it might be the version of iOS being 1 version out, back up was on a 5S running 9.0.1 and the new 6S was on iOS 9.0, so i restored from a back up done on the 5S when it was on 9.0 and its all worked fine, no zoom error.
I might have just been lucky, but it might be worth a go if you have an earlier back up?
Also having the issue of my older videos being cut off and zoomed in. Any known fixes for this?
