iTunes is hosting a rare sale on HD movies, including $5 titles + heavily discounted bundles

From 9to5Toys.com:

Typically iTunes is the last place you want to shop for media deals, but right now you can score a number of popular movies at all-time low prices. Take this opportunity to fill your iTunes library with brand new content.

You’ll find a selection of popular movies priced at just $4.99 a piece to own, which is just about the same as a rental. Titles include: The LEGO Movie, Gravity, American Hustle, Divergent, The Expendables 3, and The Skeleton Twins.

Dozens of HD movie bundles have also received major price drops. Here are our top picks:

Terminator Genisys is the $0.99 rental of the week, but be warned: it’s received pretty terrible ratings.

While you have iTunes fired up, be sure to take advantage of the best iOS and Mac holiday app deals.

Terminator: Genesys wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either.

I got the entire Harry Potter collection for $10 on iTunes a few year back. Deal of the century.

Yes! I did too! It was like 5am and so many bundles were on sale in error. HP, the Nolan Batman trilogy, Matrix, Sherlock Holmes (RDJ ones) were all like $40 total.
