Why not? it gives you access to their phone. The person asking you that, is saying he trusts you enough to give you access into their privacy data.
Later on, you could access Amazon on his Phone and pickup and buy your favorite engagement ring (it will be charged to his account of course). And now, everyone is happy! :D
