Alongside iOS 15.6.1, Apple is also releasing macOS Monterey 12.5.1. It fixes two important security issues that have been actively exploited. This could be one of the latest Monterey updates as Apple readies macOS 13 Ventura.

After seeding macOS Monterey 12.5 Release Candidate last week, Apple is now making available a second RC version to developers and public beta testers. The company did the same with iOS 15.6, which saw a second RC version a few days after its first Release Candidate version.
