Apple this morning announced that 3G iPad models will be delivered to US pre-order customers on Friday, April 30, and will be available in retail stores the same day starting at 5pm.
9to5Mac has also received confirmation Apple has started shipping the iPad Camera Connection Kit to customers.
The kit allows iPad owners to download digital photos to the device using a USB or SD Card interface.
Previous reports have suggested the USB interface may also support USB audio, opening the door to 3rd party audio devices.
