Siri causes laughter when it interrupts White House press briefing with the perfect commentary [Video]

We’ve all accidentally activated Siri at one time or other, but one journalist managed to do so at a particularly embarrassing time: while a question was being asked during a White House press briefing.

Siri did, though, manage a rather apt response to the question, which was about President Obama’s failure to persuade Republicans in Congress to sign an agreement about Iran.

I’m sorry, I’m not sure what you want me to change.

haha… it’s really easy to make these claims when you have the only microphone that everyone’s listening to.

Agree with you there, but at the same time this above example shows how far Siri has to go. I want to love Siri, but can’t. It just isn’t there yet. And yes, I do wish it were as good as Google Now in voice recognition.

She’s officially proven she can handle herself as White House Press Secretary. Could a Presidential run be next? I am sure Trump can come up with an insult for her.

I can see it now: The SkyNet ticket: Siri / Cortana 2016! We’ll all be better off. Or dead. Or both.

You understand this was an ad paid for by Apple? Please people don’t be naïve.
