LG bringing AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support with Siri and Home app functionality to its TVs this year

Samsung was the first manufacturer to announce AirPlay 2 and HomeKit support coming to its TVs yesterday. Since then Vizio also shared that built-in support for Apple’s ecosystem will be arriving with its SmartCast TVs this year. Now, LG has confirmed its plans to integrate AirPlay 2 and HomeKit with its televisions at CES 2019.

Video: Hands-on with Sphero’s Specdrums, a colorful way to make music

If you’ve visited an Apple retail store over the last few years, you’re probably already familiar with Sphero‘s line of educational products and toys. The Sphero robot is a core part of Apple’s coding education in the form of a Today at Apple session where participants must guide the rolling robots through a maze on the floor. For CES 2019, Sphero is refining its Specdrums app-enabled musical rings.

Withings has unveiled a trio of new products tonight at CES. We’ve got new a 3-in-1 health device called BPM Core that can take blood pressure, ECGs (electrocardiograms), and also be used as a stethoscope. Withings has also introduced Move ECG, the first analog smartwatch to offer ECGs, and a new affordable smartwatch collection called Move.
